Introducing the Senate Committees
In the Texas Senate, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is responsible for determining the membership of the Senate’s standing committees. The two Senate committees that are expected to consider issues relating to TCDRS are the Senate Committee on State Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance. Below is a listing of the members of each committee.
