Security Center Puts You in Control
Find out what you can do in the TCDRS Security Center.
We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to keep your TCDRS account safe and secure. Here’s what you can do in the TCDRS Security Center after signing into your account at TCDRS.org:
Manage Your 2-Factor Settings
We’ve given you even more control over your 2-factor authentication settings. This extra level of security helps keep your TCDRS account safe from fraudsters.
Get Security Recommendations
We’ve compiled some security tips and FAQs to help you check your password strength, know which devices are better for accessing your account and more.
Report Anything Suspicious
Sometimes it’s hard to know who’s calling (or texting or emailing). We’ll teach you how to spot scams, and how to let us know if something seems off.
To find the Security Center: From your account summary page, click the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. You will now see “Security Center” in your list of navigation options.
While you’re online, it might also be a good time to update your beneficiaries or estimate your benefit to see how much you could receive when you retire.
If you have any questions or suspect suspicious activity in your account, please give us a call at 800-823-7782. We’re here to help!
